• The Lowest Price Guarantee is only applicable to rates that are pre-purchased at www.centralgroup.com.au
• This offer is not available to any company or organisation that has a negotiated rate agreement.
• This offer does not apply to unpublished rates nor is it valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount, and applies to new bookings only and is not retroactively applied to previously held bookings.  
• This special offer is not valid with any member-only online providers or organisations.
• The rate guarantee does not apply if a lower rate is achieved via a currency conversion.
• If a cheaper rate is the result of a third party reseller selling a room at a loss, we cannot extend the guarantee.
• Apartment Hotels shown on other websites must be publicly available, viewable and immediately bookable on the Internet. The Terms and conditions of sale must be identical including the payment and cancellation rules. Any claims for differences in rate must be made by contacting 1800 077 777 or Central Sales at 07 3115 0400 within 24 hours of the booking having been made. We will verify the availability for purchase of the Lowest Price Guarantee at the time of the claim, and if a rate difference has been established, the booking will be amended. If availability cannot be verified, the claim may be declined.
